CRAFTSMANSHIP:
The vision for the vintage ethnic collections is a celebration of unity through similarity and interconnections across cultures while assuring comfort through alignment with nature - weaving together the threads of our shared human experience.. a tribute to the richness of the past, a timeless present for the future.
The vintage Afghani embroidered chest piece is a testament to meticulous craftsmanship and a mother’s enduring love for her daughter. This love lives on through the piece, cherished each time it is worn. In the delicate intricacy of every stitch, we find a reminder that despite our diverse origins, we are bound by the common thread of humanity…
We believe that adorning in beautiful, comfortable, unity-consciousness infused and environmentally attuned attire helps each one to experience their wholeness and divinity, playfully revealing different archetypes of oneself in an authentic way.
Traditionally, Khadi is fabric made entirely by hand. Right from the harvest of the cotton cloth to the removal of seeds, separating the fibers to spinning, dyeing, and weaving, everything is done manually, with no use of external power for the machinery. The real Khadi has slight difference in density and width of the treads. We invite you to appreciate and celebrate the traditional methods of various crafting communities, and the unique beauty brought about by essential differences and imperfections.
